Customer-Focused Holiday Content
Instead of a traditional sale-focused holiday push, I pitched a values-driven campaign positioning movement and wellbeing as a form of self-care heading into the new year. "Move Your Way" ran across TikTok and Instagram with branded video, a community UGC challenge, and product integration woven throughout.
I wrote the campaign brief, built the full content calendar, scripted all branded videos, managed the UGC submission campaign, and reported performance weekly to the marketing director.
Total impressions were up 67% versus the prior year's holiday period. The branded hashtag received over 2,200 user-generated posts, Northbay's highest UGC volume ever.
