Building an Influencer Program From Scratch
Built and managed Lumien's first micro-influencer program from scratch, sourcing and briefing 12 creators across Instagram and TikTok. Lumien had no existing creator program. I identified the opportunity, developed the outreach strategy, created a standardized brief template, and managed every relationship from first contact through content approval and posting.
I sourced 40+ creators, handled negotiations, wrote all briefs, reviewed content drafts, tracked performance, and reported results to leadership monthly.
The program produced 180 pieces of content over 6 months at a 22% lower CPM than paid ads, and three creators became long-term brand partners.
