Authentic Storytelling Videos
Northbay had signed 4 local college athletes and wanted to introduce them to their audience in a way that felt authentic rather than promotional. I developed a storytelling-first content strategy — a short-form documentary mini-series for each athlete — and managed the full production and rollout.
I concepted the series, scripted each athlete's intro video, coordinated shoot days, edited all Reels and TikToks, and managed posting, reposts, and engagement strategy during the launch window.
The four launch videos combined for 1.1M views across TikTok and Instagram Reels. Northbay's TikTok grew by 14,000 followers in the first two weeks.
